Just Announced and On Sale TODAY!

Put on your reading glasses, folks, because I have a lot to cover this week. SUMMARY: A last minute gig popped up for us here for Capitol Steps who’ll be here on 9/28, Buckwheat Zydeco is finally well and will be back on 10/1 and then a few weeks later we welcome Ricki Lee Jones back! We’re filling up our November dates and now have Brendan James & Tony Lucca on 11/1, Judith Hill on 11/4 (for our R&B/Vocal fans!! She is TRULY AMAZING), and then Michael Nesmith of The Monkees on 11/5. This week we skip December with our newly-added and go to January with Sonny Landreth on 1/11 and then on February 26th we were able to bring back Shawn (freaking) COLVIN !! Love her! We Heart Blues Music

This photo of Robert Johnson is one of my favorites and truly captures the spirit of the early, “Deep South” Blues, and is probably one of the most recognized images representing this era. Robert Johnson’s guitar, songwriting and vocal skills have gone down in history as a major influence of many musicians throughout the years, including Muddy Waters, The Rolling Stones, Johnny Winter, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, and many more.
