Your Dad is Rad – Celebrate at Rams Head!

On June 21st we’re celebrating all dads! Treat your rad dad to brunch at Rams Head and he’ll receive a complimentary* mimosa or bloody mary! Plus, he’ll take home a beer koozie commemorating your celebration and just how rad he is! Spend NFL Game Day at Rams Head

NFL season is brewin’ and we’ve got the brews! Somehow, it’s September already (crazy right?!) and this week we’ll be back to cheering for the Ravens, err well maybe even that other beltway team too (sorry, Bmore fan here!) Rams Head Tavern Savage Mill Names Michael Urquhart Head Chef

After recently spending time at Rams Head Tavern Annapolis, Mikey is back in Savage! Michael Urquhart was born and raised in Dundee Scotland and apprenticed at The Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews, a five star hotel located on the Old Course Golf Course, the oldest and first golf course in the world. In his time there, he rose to the rank of Demi Chef. Uquhart moved to America in 1997 and his first job in the U.S. was at Rams Head in Annapolis. After spending two years there he became Sous Chef at Rams Head Tavern Savage Mill and eventually became the Executive Chef where he remained for nine years.  Urquhart left Rams Head for a short time and entered the corporate world.
