Silopanna Alum G.Love in Annapolis

Silopanna Music Festival, Pier Six Pavilion and Rams Head Live Alum, G.LOVE, played an intimate 103.1 WRNR Private Artist showcase in Annapolis, Maryland today.    He was out to promote his new album SUGAR, which was released on April 22nd: Before the show began, I had the pleasure of welcoming Garrett (aka G.Love) back to Rams Head On Stage.  After he so thoughtfully thanked US (hello, thank YOU!) for having him back, I reminded him that he performed a WRNR Private Artist showcase many years back with Jack Johnson and Donavon Frankenreiter on this very stage in 2004.  Amazing that I have been able to see both shows! Dr Danielle Molnar, a psychologist at Brock University, Canada, suggests perfectionism should be considered  a risk factor for disease in the same way as obesity and smoking.  It is estimated that every two out of five people display perfectionism tendencies.   Then there is social media that places concerns about “appearing perfect”.
