Rams Head Group’s sister brewery, Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company, is proud to announce the re-release of Rosie Parks Oyster Stout. Named after the 1955 skipjack Rosie Parks, which once dredged the Chesapeake Bay for oysters, this seasonal stout is a Fordham & Dominion fan favorite. Each batch of Rosie Parks includes 300 fresh, whole Chesapeake Bay oysters in the boiling process, giving the beer a distinctive and memorable taste. It contains Munich, Carafa Special, Chocolate, Pilsner, Roasted Barley, and Torrified Wheat malts, and is hopped with Bravo and Glacier hops. At 5% ABV, 29 IBUs, and 13.5 OG, Rosie Parks is uniquely refreshing and pairs perfectly with oysters.
