Rams Head Group is pleased to announce a new position to our growing company:  Regional Manager

The Rams Head Group is seeking a career-minded, professional leader for the position of Regional Manager. This position will oversee multiple stores, providing operational direction and support to staff while ensuring successful management of stores and events. The Regional Manager is responsible for financial performance by raising and maximizing sales through passionate customer service.

• Ensuring consistent high standards for the restaurants, in all areas
• Build great leadership teams – provide guidance and support
• Responsible for visiting all stores regularly to keep staff motivated and to ensure that each store is operating in an efficient manner
• Ensures management is keeping facility clean and free of maintenance issues while ensuring proper sanitation practices
• Monitor restaurant performance and help the management team develop corrective action plans when problem areas are identified
• Ensure corrective action plans are implemented in a timely manner and in such a way as to promote long term solutions
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints. Ensures complete guest satisfaction.
• Assist manager in the recruitment and development of staff and managers
• Conduct semi-annual management reviews
• Ensures that management is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations.
• Lead the timeline for menu development and implementation, assisting in food selection and layout
• Work with Rams Head Marketing and Accounting offices to share ideas and formulate strategies for current and future operations
• Help to grow and protect the Rams Head brand
• Follows, represents and sets the example for all company policies, procedures and standards, while making sure it is being adhered to

• Outgoing person acting as an ambassador of company values, mission and image at all times
• Self Starter, resourceful, innovative and forward thinker
• Ability to build and maintain productive & positive relationships
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks on deadline and with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self-driven, requiring minimal supervision
• Demonstrate good listening, excellent verbal and writing skills
• Demonstrate logical analysis and problem solving skills

• Minimum of 3 years operational experience as a General Manager, preferred
• 2 years of multi unit Manager in a high volume environment, preferred
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry, a must
• Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish at an intermediate level, a plus
• High school diploma or GED is required
• College degree is preferred in business, hospitality or culinary field
• Applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and POS Systems
