OneRepublic: One Show You Don’t Want To Miss At Pier Six

There’s only One place you should be on August 9th: Pier Six Pavilion in Baltimore to see OneRepublic.

If you aren’t familiar with OneRepublic, you’d be surprised at how many songs you’ve heard, and actually know the lyrics to.

Formed in 2006, OneRepublic has had a ton of chart topping hits. Their music has been heard on TV shows including The City, The Client List, Cold Case, Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, 30 Rock, and CSI and movie soundtracks including Easy A and The Last Song (before Miley was twerkin’).

Ready for a trip down memory lane? (and a introduction to their newest hit released in June, if you haven’t heard it yet. Beware, it’s catchy and easy to hit repeat)

‘Apologize’ made radio history in 2003 when it received the largest amount of airplay with 10,331 plays in one week (only being broken by Leona Lewis’ ‘Bleeding Love’ which was written by Ryan Tedder, frontman of OneRepublic) and earned them a grammy nomination:

Their second single ‘Stop and Stare’ helped their first album, Dreaming Out Loud hit platinum in the US and gold in Austria, Australia, and Canada:

‘All The Right Moves’ charted Top 10 in Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland and Top 20 on Billboard’s Hot 100:

‘Good Life’ hit the Top 10  on Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart:

‘Feel Again’, their promotional single off their 3rd album Native, went platinum (and for good reason!):

And you KNOW we’ll be singing to this… their most recent single and 3rd most downloaded song on iTunes currently:

OneRepublic is known to cover popular songs while on tour including artists like Rihanna, U2, Gnarles Barkley, The Verve, and Robbie Williams. Any guesses on what they’ll bring to the Pier?!

Without jinxing it, the weather trends for the week of August 5th are 85 and sunny, perfect weather to spend a night by the water sippin’ on an orange crush.

Grab your tickets here! This is a show you don’t want to miss!

See you at The Pier!
